Performance in the Riverhouse Gallery on Friday, May 30 at 12:00p
followed by a Reception in the Riverhouse Lodge
The children will learn how to produce and perform a puppet show with The Wind in the Willows being their first project. They may keep the puppets they make.
The Wind in the Willows is a classic children’s novel written by Kenneth Grahame and first published in 1908. It is a charming and whimsical tale set in a pastoral world where animals act and interact like humans.
The book follows the adventures of several animal characters and explores themes of friendship, adventure, loyalty, and the simple joys of life. This charming story will be cut down to a manageable level for 9-12 year olds.
